The
Vinegar Hill House team recently opened Hillside directly next door. The new space has a tremendous wine selection, a small plates menu and most importantly, oysters from
Island Creek Oysters in Duxbury, Massachusetts. One of my upcoming farm to table photo stories for
Nona Brooklyn features Dana Hale of ICO, the pearly beauties themselves, Hillside and chef Brian Leth. Working backwards on this series, here are some shots from the restaurant. I'm heading to Duxbury next week for a shoot at the farm.
